|Complexity in community sector systems presents a significant barrier to accessing services. It is important to ensure that you do not contribute to this complexity and make your service as accessible as possible.|
Community workers need to be aware of the need to remain client-focused and to ensure they are always talking to the client rather than third parties except where they might be taking instructions from a third party on behalf of the client, or by necessity talking to a third party about the client.
It never hurts to ask yourself the Question: Who is the client?
